Interview with Pete Telfer | inside Г¶verlida
'' The revolution will not be televised friend 'said the poem, but Pete Telfer believes Г¶verlida that it is possible that we are on the threshold of some kind of movement if meddianwn the web. That is the thinking behind his new project, The Colony New website (Culture Colony). I had the opportunity to go to ask about the project (his first interview about it) at his home in the village of gorgeous picture-post-card Esgairgeiliog, near Machynlleth. A short film by Pete Telfer, Development 2008, will appear on a special DVD which is published by movies and inside; DVD of the independent short films in every new copy of a volume inside which will be published this week.
Film producer and photographer Pete Telfer who is famous for his desire to document and tell the story. During the 1980s and 1990s he was filming bands of the Welsh rock scene followed by bands like The Chaos (punk band) on trips to the Basque Country Г¶verlida - the first Welsh-language band to tour abroad and sing Welsh - because he knew that as important Г¶verlida history was recorded on film. Pete has put a lot of film on the website in order to showcase the work of David Nash grows - literally - over the years.
