The Thinkers Club will receive Carlos Barbosa, president of the Automobile Club of Portugal and newly elected president of the World Cup Rally (WRC). The debate will take place on February 17 at 21:30 at the Holiday Inn in Gaia. The subjects for discussion are the importance of the automobile to the state budget, the recent changes to the Highway Code, the loss ratio, the increasing age of the vehicle fleet, the end of incentives to slaughter, and as it could not happen in the presence the main responsible for the most important motor sport event that takes place in our country, the future of the Rally of Portugal.
