Yoga is not just a practice body, is a philosophy of life, a chance to develop your self. Yoga for kids has the same objective, provide the pleasure of self-discover. For children yoga can prove as much fun as a joke or a game. With the difference that it is a moment of concentration - a call for expression and experimentation of the body. The work is focused on developing the ability to concentrate, coordination breathing (pranayama), and the completion of yoga postures (asanas). Since the infant universe, we carry out the work in a pleasant and playful, that encourages the act of trying. Specialization in Body Awareness with Klauss Vianna (1988-1990). Attended classes in Contact Improvisation and New Dance (1990-1996). Formed by the Brazilian School of Eutonia (1998-2001). Graduated from the School of Movement Ivaldo Bertazzo (2005-2006). Formed in Pilates by Living Area Pilate. Formed in Yoga by IEPY - Institute for Education and Research in Yoga, Marcos Rojo (USP). Teacher spaceship two of dance technique at the School of Performing Arts Carmo (1985-1986). Professor of Modern Dance in the School of Dance UNIMES (1988 TO 1996).
